The Build Process
After you place your order, I can get to work carefully building it! At present, this will take up to two weeks to complete. I also stock some items I've already built and can send right away. I will wait until all items in an order are ready before shipping it to you.
Get in touch if you're in a hurry and I can advise on what can be sent quickly, more precise build times, and express shipping options.
Shipping
At present I can ship to the UK and Ireland. I hope to begin shipping internationally soon - please sign up for emails or follow me on social media to stay informed!

Mail carriers provide expected delivery times, but they are not guaranteed. There may be delays during busy periods and due to factors outwith my control.
Custom Items
As I cannot cancel or refund custom items once I've begun working on them, please check carefully when placing your order and contact me as soon as possible if there is an issue.
Returns
I offer a 30 day refund policy, where stock items can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unmarked and in the same condition as they were received. If items were shipped flat, they much not have been bent into shape.
Unfortunately I am unable to offer refunds on custom and customised items unless they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to return an item, please get in touch and I will advise on how and where to send it. Tracked shipping is advised, and the buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the item, I will advise whether the return has been accepted and if so, issue a refund to the same payment method you used for purchase.
Faults
I take great care in my work, and in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged or defective I will offer a repair, refund or replacement. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange for the item to be returned.
Please keep in mind that my work is hand crafted from natural materials and hand dyed, so some natural variation, marking and character is expected (and desirable!).
